Multi-storey rear extension + dormer

This project involves extensive improvement to the existing property, we were tasked with designing a large single storey storey extension for anew kitchen/dining space, a double storey element to accommodate a larger second bedroom as well as a loft dormer extension to create a larger third bedroom as well as an extra en-suite. We designed bespoke features to maximise the amount of natural sunlight that enters the space and took inspiration from an existing structure which adjoins the neighbouring property to create a lightwell in the dining space which features a bespoke triangular window.
